Our Story

A decade into her career in the SaaS industry, our founder Julie Goelles saw a critical gap:

only 30% women in SaaS overall and just 10% female SaaS founders
⁠too few women in leadership
a lack of role models and diversity
⁠no meaningful change on the horizon

Determined to change this, she launched Women of SaaS (WoS) in Berlin, Germany, in 2022 with a first get-together of 10 women from the SaaS space.

Today, we have grown to

a business network of 2.5k+ women working in SaaS across the globe

10+ international hubs with up to 150 attendees at their events

bringing together women across functions to accelerate their careers
